At Kandy's Kondos, we now offer two different condo locations. The original 3-BR Kandys Kondo I on Indian Rocks Beach and the beautiful 3-BR Kandys Kondo II right on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores, just minutes away. Each unit is newly remodeled and given the white glove cleaning touch.  Both feature a heated swimming pool, hot-tub, BBQ Grills but pets are welcome only in the original Kandy's Kondo I! Beautifully decorated with wood-grain tile floors, quartz counter-tops, all new appliances and furnishings. You cannot beat these condos!

Walking distance to many local restaurants and surf/bike rental shops as well as Splash Harbour Water Park for the little ones right down the street. Have a dog under 30 pounds? No problem, the dog park is located right across the street in the Nature Preserve.
